Hollow Lantern
★★★★★ 4.7
Hollow Lantern is the quietest game on this list, and probably my favourite. You carry a lantern through a crumbling underground world, solving environmental puzzles and slowly piecing together what happened here. There's almost no text — the place tells the story.
Movement is a simple drag-to-walk, with taps to interact, and the puzzles never resort to obscure logic. When you're stuck, the answer is usually something you already saw and forgot. That fairness kept me hooked.
It's not a long game, maybe five or six hours, but it's the kind you'll think about afterward. Play it with headphones in a dark room.
